LONG ISLAND MULTIPLE UNIT PASSENGER SET, TMCC

This is a 2 car passenger set, with one car equipped with 2 motors, and the other a non- powered trailer passenger car. These Handsome 1930 vintage multiple unit electric trains handled several hundred thousand commuters daily, and the Long Island was one of the railroads using these cars. Locomotives were eliminated, and the engineers just walked from one end to the other to reverse direction, eliminating need for turntables too. Help your commuters get to work with these exciting MU cars. 1 car is powered, being the equivalent of a heavy duty locomotive with 2 motors. Operating pantographs, full command with railsounds sounds system with authentic Commuter Car sounds, Die cast trucks with electo couplers that uncouple anywhere on the railroad without the need for an uncoupling track. Metal chains on all cars and 'owl' porthole type engineer's windows.
