BOY'S TRAIN SET ARCHIVE SERIES (2002) RARE

 

Produced in 2002, part of Lionel's Archive Series. This set saw a very low production run. For the first time ever, Lionel has produced the infamous Boys Train Set. In 1957 Lionel produced the famous girls set, which has become one of the most prized sets, over the years,for collectors. Just after the production of the girls set, Lionel designed and made prototypes of the Boys set, a logical counterpart to the girls set. Roughly three to four of these sets exist, making it nearly impossible for anyone to own. For the first time ever Lionel has produced the Boys set.
