One of the most significant railroads in the South, Central of Georgia Railway operations lasted for over one hundred years and served as a leader in the region's economic growth. In the early 1960s, Central of Georgia became a subsidiary of the Southern Railway, and Norfolk Southern in turn took ownership in 1982. Now available from Lionel, the highly-detailed LEGACYequipped GP-7 decorated in the authentic Central of Georgia paint scheme.
