X2454 BABY RUTH BOX CAR

 

Built from 1946 to 1947, and not very common in Excellent or better condition. Post-War cars from the late 1940's examples are usually in sub-par condition. Features: plastic molded body 9 1/2 inches long (considered a short box car), and a light orange painted body with black heat-stamped lettering and the "PRR" logo on the right side. Staple-end trucks with coil couplers. This version has four single rung metal ladders on the frame and staple-end trucks with coil couplers. Later versions do not have ladders.
