| This kit is worthy of a MINT rating because it contains the celophane bag with the yellow window inserts, and the small parts in unused UNOPENED condition! Earning it's Like New rating and losing its Mint eligibility is due to the fact that both porch floor pins are broken. White sides/brown roof/yellow windows color variation. The box is in perfect condition with the Disney sticker on the cover dating it to 1955 with the mail-in contest entry form. Worthy of collector status in my opinion. |
