| The blue paint on these passenger cars is exceptionally nice and bright and you will think they are new. However, one small scratch on each side of the observation and some dark marks on the roof compel a grade of Excellent (C7)The cars might have never been run with just one wheel showing a trace of running (Lionel sometimes re-used wheels)This is the lowest price version of these cars; i.e. no lights, so designed for service on daylight runs only!
