I want to grade it as "one of my favorites" since it is an awfully cute set. We would like to grade higher than Good (C5) but it has lots of missing/blotched paint, the gold lettering is mostly gone, the handrails are missing on one side, and a headlamp is missing
Metal is sound and could be a candidate for restoration. DNS.
