| Greenberg's current book values for this obscure landscaped plot with bungalow, trees, hedges and shrubs is $285 for Excellent conditon and $140 for Good conditionA hurricane came through Lionelville - except for one tree, all the other strong Lionel trees leaned over but survived!With care you should be able to straighten the tree trunks - a feature found in Lionel trees but not nature's treesWe don't know how to grade it, but it probably deserves a higher grade than the Good (C5) rating we have assignedWe didn't re-wire it in case you want the original wiring, but light does workWe hope the price (not very much more that the cost of a Lionel bungalow) is so low that you consider it a real bargain!
