| All the cars and the Rio Grande B unit are Like New (C8)The pictures of the A unit shows the highly magnified marks on the roof; except for the ding iteslf in the rectangle at the rear. they look like someone drew lines there with a pencil; are not very conspicious when the engine is held at arm's length and not magnifiedThe only other mark that will be conspicious is the ding over the fireman's window There is box rub on one louver and a 2" rub at the right rear curved edge of the roof slightly exposing the` plastic (shows faintly on 3rd picture) Decal is original with penetraiion over the small air intakes, but much better tha most (they usually detoriate/vanish over the air spaces of the door frame etc.)We attempt to describe every mark so you know exactly what you are gettng so please dont't let our efforts detract from the overall terrific appearanceThe cars are like new and perfect, the loco is much better looking than most, and everything is fully guaranteed All boxes are included and are mostly complete except for some internal flaps and a corner of the caboose flap - the inside seams have been tapedVery importantly, the set has correct version of the 6530 EMD car with long white stripe (going through the ladders), and no underscored numbers and is unique to this setAlso, the barrel car has correct silver knuckle pins and drawbars with holes and is also unique to this setHas all cataloged track,instructions and. paperwork except track envelopes. as shownAll cars are like new and perfecDNS. |
