| Overall grade is Very Good (C6) because of the broken blade and rear of helipter. Some might grade this car as Mint (C10 - never run) since six wheels show absolutely no signs of running, but we can see traces of running on two wheels on one side of a truck so we chose a grade of Like New (C8) if grading the rail car onlyThe original helicopter is the rarer, double bladed version (most helicopers with this car had just one blade)The helicopter is original because the word "Navy" is heat-stamped - reproductions are notInstruction sheet is includedType 3 cars had the smaller spindle and just one lever protruding through the car floor instead of two. This is the original type 1 with a chemically blackened launch mechanism with two levers protruding through the floor of the car (type 2 cars have a silver launch mechanism underneath)We can supply a new Lionel chopper if you want to fly about town!We are including a 6844 box with handwritten "Helicopter Car" on the ends flaps and a scotch-taped removable display panel (this came with the piece from the previous owner).
