This box car is graded as Excellent (C7), but let me tell you...it is a strong Excellent! Lettering is strong, no rust, and paint is clean with no scratches. Graded Excellent only because there are several "lumps" in the paint on the roof, but there is no color change and they cannot be seen on the layout. DNS.
