671 1947 THREE CAR IRVINGTON MADISON CAR PASSENGER SET
| Early 1947 set production with the 671 loco and tender and three Irvington (Madison-style) passenger cars all numbered 2625. The 671 has the red Atomic motor brush plate. The red brush plate is for the 1947 turbine. Also, in 1947 Lionel introduced the heater-type smoke unit. The tender is the 671W tender correct for the 1947 set. The condition of the set is overall Excellent. There are signs of paint chipping. Complete with repro boxes/liners for loco, tender and all three cars. |
