| The "PENNSYLVANIA" lettering always makes this a good looking car on any layoutVery early (1946) version with "vector board" couplers - one coupler is not operating (and locked closed) because the vector board has been broken and we declined to replace this relativley rare original part with a newer coupler/truck assemblyGraded Excellent (C7) with several "invisible" scratches in one panel (car is painted black on black plastic from the days before Lionel learned they could save money by issuing unpainted cars!), and because of the coupler situation.
