| Graded Like New, this Craig Manor car is especially noteworthy because we can only find one small significant scratch on the car (most aluminum passenger cars left the factory with one or more scratches because of how they were handled at the factory!)Authenticity is assured because the car has factory original metal maroon stripes instead of repro paper stripes made/used by fakersBox is original but is missing end flapsMade in 1957 only, this Pullman matches 2551/2552 cars in the Canadian Pacific set. The 2551 "Banff Park" observation and 2552 "Skyline 500" Vista Dome were supplied in sets, while the 2553 "Blair Manor" and 2554 "Craig Manor" Pullmans were available for separate saleAs a result, many more 2551 and 2552 exist, and 2553's and 2554's are very rare. |
