| Alcoa aluminum hoppers are tough to find in nice condition because of the perishable silver paint. This one is extraordinary with no scratches and with original decalsThere is one pin head size dark mark on one panel below the Alcoa sticker. and several small round slightly darkened smudges on the roof and on the sides These are not visible at arm's length, allowing us to grade the car as excellent (C7) (our criteria requires a grade of very good if marks are visible at arms lenght We note some may think we overgraded this oneRun very little - it won't be easy to find a better one today!Has a complete box with all flaps DNS. |
